Magic Bail Bonds provides bail bond services in California. Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
In California, the bail bond premium is set at 10% of the total bail amount by state law. This premium is non-refundable once the bond is posted.
When a bail bond is posted, the defendant must appear at all scheduled court hearings. Failure to appear may result in bond forfeiture and re-arrest.
